Caring Together Wellness Center is a stimulating and informative program for seniors.  The facility houses two programs, one area for seniors to learn new skills and enhance their lives, and modern technology.  The second area provides a safe and loving environment for seniors with Alzheimer’s or other memory disorders.

Caring Together Wellness Center offers a broad range of speakers, daily exercise, weekly themes, watercolor classes, and a wide array of other hands-on activities.

Caring Together Wellness Center is a cooperative program of the Tuscaloosa Housing Authority and Caring Congregations.  Our center is a grant funded program which provides for the changing needs of Tuscaloosa area senior citizens.

The Wellness Center is located adjacent to Hay Court on 18th Street.  Our services are being provided at no charge to residents of the Tuscaloosa Housing Authority and surrounding areas. The center is opened Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
