Teams Needed for the Vicki Kerr Walk 2 Remember Presented by Caring Days
TUSCALOOSA, AL Caring Days is hosting the 10th Annual Vicki Kerr Walk 2 Remember. This event is in honor of those that have been affected by Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders. The walk will take place on August 23, 2014 inside of the University Mall.
Pre-Registration for the event begins August 21, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Mal & Charlotte Moore Center, which is located at 943 31st Street East in Tuscaloosa. Incentives for pre-registration include double door prize tickets, insured T-Shirt size and no waiting in line on the day of the walk.
You may walk as an individual or as a team. Those who collect 40 dollars or more will receive a 2014 Walk to Remember T-Shirt.
Caring Days has been serving clients with memory disorders and their families in Tuscaloosa for 17 years and is located in The Mal & Charlotte Moore Center, which opened its doors 18 months ago. Caring Days continues to grow and the number of people helped has increased since the spacious new center opened.
Caring Days has the support of the United Way, various local churches and individuals within the community. However, the need for other support still exists.
Join us for the10th annual Vicki Kerr Walk 2 Remember event honoring families and individuals who have been touched by Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders.

Sitter/Caregiver Training program
Caring Together Wellness Center
You can walk as an individual or a team. Have your friends, family, church members, co-workers, and neighbors sponsor you in the walk.
